With a day full of events we guarantee FUN or your money back! Come in, feel safe because our instructors are CPR and First Aid Certified with over 50 years of surf experience and knowledge!

 

Enrollment Fee includes OVER $300 in value between private instruction, board fee, lunch, awards, photography, giveaways, and drawing to win a brand new surfboard (if camp is at capacity)… however, camp is ONLY HALF THAT PRICE right now, at an amazing $150/STUDENT! Stellar, Brahhhh!

 

Because we want you to experience the culture of surfing in the most genuine way, we encourage “togetherness” with your friends and family. We believe half of surfing is enjoying the camaraderie of one another in the water while developing life long memories. That’s why at Jack’s Myrtle Beach Surf Camp we take $10 off your enrollment fee for every friend or family member you recruit to surf with you for the day. For anyone who recruits 20+ friends or family members, not only is their camp fee free, but they will also receive a BRAND NEW AWESOME 8FT SURFBOARD signed by our instructors at Jack’s. Feel free to ask about group discounts!

 

If you are interested in surfing but want a more low key introduction to it, call and ask about our private, semi-private, and small group lessons.

 

Due to the popularity of these events, a $75 deposit is required to secure enrollment.

Surf School

$150 PER PERSON
From 8am to 2pm come out and live the life of a surfer. Join us for surf instruction, games, free gear, lunch, contests and much more.

Itinerary

8:00 AM
Registration starts (forms to be filled out) students will be assigned to their boards.

 

8:15 AM
Ocean safety is taught, followed by a surf stretching session to loosen up the muscles.

 

9:00 AM
The Land lesson begins! Students will learn how to pop up in the sand and be taught the fundamentals before hitting the water. When they are deemed ready by the instructors they will then move into the ocean where the real fun begins!

 

9:30 AM
Surfers will be separated into groups and will be in constant competition, contests, and relays for prizes and laughter (students will have the choice to participate in these events or continue practicing their surfing skills with an instructor).

 

12:00 PM
Lunch will be served while the instructors put on a little surfing demo.

 

12:45 PM
Back to the water for an afternoon surf!

 

1:45 PM
Awards ceremony where the students receive their surf-tificates of graduation, along with unique awards given out by our instructors. Camp concludes with a group picture as well as individual/friends/family pictures if so desired.

 

2:00 PM
Dismissal

  • The feeling of getting up on the surfboard and riding a wave for the first time is indescribable. It is truly a challenge and Jack helped us to master it in no time. Every one in our group made it up to a full stand riding the wave. Probably one of the best activities one can do at Myrtle beach. The people are friendly, Tara was quick to get me a spot registered (Did a two hour private lesson) and I was up and nearly standing by the end of the lesson, my instructor was patient and calm, very supportive and I would recommend this school to anybody, young or old (I'm 22) looking to learn how to surf.
